New Years Day

Woke up really early New Years day, took my bike and camera and ventured onto downtown NYC to take pics. Unfortunately the weather sort off took away the mood, the wet streets and the brisk air just wasn't doing it for me this morning but I took some pictures anyway

Just testing the capabilities of iphoto, a software that came with my new macbook pro. Soon I will be putting up a lot of new pictures and hopefully people would enjoy them.

A lot of people tend to look at pictures just as they appear. To a lot of avid photographers we tend to look beyond what's in front of the lens. We look for meaning and hidden messages that only a few can notice.

NYC has some wonderful places and New Yorkers need to go out and enjoy the sceneries of NYC.

On sunday mornings I go out to take some pictures. Something about NYC early in the morning that inspires my artistic side. I guess its the silence in the morning that seldom happens in NYC. Well I hope that these pictures inspires people to take up photography.
